Defending champions Chennai Super Kings will play Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore in Chennai and it is expected to be a blockbuster.Chennai Super Kings returned to the IPL in 2019 after serving out a two-year ban along with Rajasthan Royals. MS Dhoni, who played for Pune Warriors in 2016 and 2017, led CSK to their third title after defeating Sunrisers Hyderabad in the final. Royal Challengers Bangalore, meanwhile, had another poor season.Virat Kohli holds MS Dhoni in very high regard. After taking over as India skipper in the limited-overs format in 2017, Kohli had said Dhoni would forever be his captain. In 2008, Kohli had debuted under Dhoni and blossomed under his leadership to become one of the most feared batsmen in world cricket.Virat Kohli holds the record for most runs and most hundreds in a season but after his sensational campaign in 2016, Kohli has been far from his best. RCB are also yet to win the IPL and they would be eager to make amends this year.In the latest teaser, Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni feature together as the crowd chants their names. After a brief chat, Dhoni reminds Kohli they will meet on March 23 and says: “Don’t be late.”Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni both belong to the 10K club in ODIs and hold several ODI records between them.
